We can help with that too! We will fix your jewelry free of charge, under normal wear and tear**, within the first year of purchase.  Send your repair to the following Address:

*Your refund will be issued upon receipt of your returned product, to the credit card that it was purchased on.  If a cash transaction, a receipt must be included in the return.  In such cases, a Check will be sent to the return address, within one to two weeks of product return.
**Normal wear and tear will be determined upon receipt of product.  We recognize and understand "Normal" wear and tear on our products, and will not accept product that has been handled in an abusive manner.
